Growing up in Miami, Peter started his working journey as a mate on a charter boat, and earned his USCG license at age 18. While a pre med student at the University of Miami he captained a 50' charterboat fishing out of Haulover Inlet on Miami Beach. Later he ran numerous private sportfishermen and yachts all over Florida, the Bahamas, and throughout the Caribbean. His true passions are boats, airplanes, fishing, photography, and travel.. He is a licensed pilot with MEL and IFR ratings. He has been in the marine and aviation insurance business for over 46 years.
